1.The referrer (You) must be a current customer of New England Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning with a valid invoice # from the past year.

2. The referred must be a person or business that has not purchased services from New England Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in the past year.

3.The Customer being referred must purchase at least our minimum service charges, even if using a coupon or discount.
